How we work

Eight steps. The same eight, every time.

A one-page site and a full replatform with a visibility retainer behind it run through the same sequence. It is the only way you can know, on any given Tuesday, what is happening and what you will see next.

The sequence

From the audit to the compounding.

Steps one to three are where most of the value is decided and where most agencies are thinnest. We spend real time there before anyone opens a design tool.

  1. Discovery and answer audit

We learn the business, then run your brand and your competitors through every answer engine we track and hand you the raw transcripts. Most engagements start with a client reading what AI already says about them.

    Week 1
  2. Strategy and scope

One document: the decision we are trying to win, the channels that will do it, what we are measuring, and what we are deliberately not doing. Priced before anything starts.

    Week 1 to 2
  3. Architecture

URL structure, topic and prompt clusters, the entity model and the measurement plan. The unglamorous layer that decides whether any of the later work compounds.

    Week 2 to 3
  4. Design

Drawn for your brand, reviewed with you, built around the conversion model rather than around a template.

    Week 3 to 6
  5. Build

The site, its content, its labelled data and its integrations, all built by hand and delivered into an account you own from the first day rather than one of ours.

    Week 4 to 10
  6. Instrument and QA

Every browser, every device, Google’s page speed scores, accessibility, the labelled data and the tracking. Then we read the site the way ChatGPT’s crawler reads it, to confirm what a model sees and not just what a browser shows.

    Week 9 to 11
  7. Launch

Deployed to your hosting with redirects, monitoring and a documented handover. Thirty days of fixes at no charge afterward.

    Week 12
  8. Compound

The retainer: publish, corroborate, test, measure against the same prompt set every month, and reset the strategy quarterly against what moved.

    Ongoing
Working with us

What it is like week to week.

The parts nobody puts on a process diagram, and the parts clients ask about on the second call.

  • One named person

    Not a queue

You get a strategist who knows the account, not a ticket system and a rotating account manager. They are on the weekly call, they write the monthly narrative, and they are the person you message when something breaks.

  • A weekly change log

    Every engagement

What we changed, why, and what we expect it to do. It takes us fifteen minutes to write and it is the single thing clients tell us they miss most when they leave.

  • Your tools, your accounts

    Always

We work inside your own accounts: your code, your ad accounts, your analytics and the tool you edit your content in. Nothing is held somewhere you would have to negotiate for later.

  • Evidence before opinion

    Standing rule

Every recommendation arrives with what it is based on: the transcript, the crawl, the account data or the test result. Where we are guessing, we say we are guessing and we say how we plan to find out.

  • We will tell you to spend less

    When it is true

Below roughly $3,000 a month of paid spend, automated campaigns cannot gather enough signal to leave the learning phase. We will say so and point the money at the site and organic visibility instead of taking the retainer.

  • Thirty days after launch

    Included

Fixes, adjustments and the things nobody notices until real traffic arrives, at no extra charge. After that it is a maintenance plan, a retainer, or nothing at all. The build is yours either way.

Step one is free, and you keep it.

The answer audit costs you a URL and a conversation. You get the raw transcripts of what six engines say about you and your competitors, whether or not anything else follows.
